My healthy, yummy, quick work lunch


Easy peasy Japanesey, here’s what you  need

  • Tin of tuna
  • Olive oil
  • Balsamic vinegar
  • Chopped cucumber, red onion, broccoli and celery

Make it in the morning before work (or the night before, I’m too lazy for that) and eat on a provita (for those outside of SA that’s a whole wheat cracker)
